Not for me anyway. Have been confined to home since the birth of Jethro, with only trips to the hospital, clinics, Ethan's nursery school (when I bring him there or fetch him home occasionally), the infrequent supermarket shopping sprees and twice walking in the meadows. Jianming does the shopping and cooking now.
One day I will not bother about my breast milk supply so much and can bring Jethro out for longer times, and we can go to the playgrounds, the parks, the playgroups, or visit other mothers, or even somewhere further - again. One day.
Jethro is a rather quiet baby, I should say. If he feels hungry, he'll go for rooting, or stick out his tongue first, or twist around putting his fist in his mouth, before getting frustrated and cry. Of course, he does cry loudly, like sudden waking up from a sleep (maybe nightmares, or just colicky) or stripping him off his clothes and bathing him. And sometimes he just cries - too hot? Need a cuddle? I don't know.
A troublesome thing was that he's a rather gassy baby. Have to keep burping him. Milk would 'leak' back out from his mouth even one or two hours after a feed. A few times, he even spewed projectiles of milk.
So here are some more photos for the past month.
