No, this is not turning into a cooking blog, I assure you I will spare you from gastronomical horrors here. But I can't help posting this up, especially for Bing. Ha ha. Got the bread dough recipe from a fellow 'countrywoman' - a 'full time working mother' who's into baking a lot. Cannot help but drool at those delicious pictures she posted and so I tried it myself this morning. But it's barely presentable. The bread surface was rather hard, and although nice when eaten warm, when cooled, it got a little gluey. Of course I modified her recipe a little, like replacing milk powder and water with fresh milk and water - I am not going to buy one whole can of milk powder for this! Will I try again? Well, I need to take a break first.

面包
很怀念家乡的面包。从网络上看到了做面团的食谱,自己尝试烘面包。不算成功:热时还挺不错,冷了就变得有点粘。不象面包店卖的,软软的,冷了还很好吃。
